Nike's N.354 series has evolved dramatically over the past year, with the negative pressure started simply through deconstructed motifs. But now, after expanding to other notable silhouettes, they've turned their Type series into a seeming tribute to brutalist design. The now-revealed zoom type - which effectively plays the daybreak for it - seems to forgo the unrefined for a clean cut and ostensibly made from one suede panel. Lines at the forefoot, profile and heel simulate the panels, while printed swooshes and perforations in the toe box create texture in different ways. The laces then dye black and go through the single set of synthetic overlays, complementing that of the performance tread that seems to borrow the tool from two different shapes.
