You can create an account on bogess.nl easily and free of charge.
1. Click on bogess.nl/ at the top right on the penultimate symbol.
2. In the screen that appears, click on Create Account.
3. Enter your details and click Create
4. Voilà, your account is ready for use. You can now stay informed about the weekly discounts.
To reset the password, you can confirm your e-mail address after clicking the button. A little later you will receive an email with a link in it. Note that this email may appear in your SPAM folder.
Click the link in the email to enter a new password. With the new password you can log in to your Bogess account.
Can't log in? Please check if you entered your email address or password correctly. If you receive the message 'Login failed', this often means that you do not have an account yet. If you are registered for the Newsletter, this does not automatically mean that you also have a My Bogess account.
Have you forgotten your password? Then click on 'Reset password' and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
You can add or change addresses at any time in your account. You can also choose different addresses such as billing address and delivery address. If you only enter one address, it will be automatically set as both billing address and delivery address.
When placing your order you always have the option to change your address. This gives you the freedom to have your order delivered to your home one time and at the office the next time. Always check your address details carefully here, so that your order is delivered to the correct address.
Caution! After you have definitively placed your order, you can no longer change the delivery address. This is also not possible for our customer service.
You can unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter (all the way up or down) or via the button below if you are currently already logged in. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter in your Bogess account by clicking on 'My newsletter' and then on 'Cancel all advertising emails from Bogess'.
Important: We advise you not to mark the Bogess newsletter as spam in your e-mail system. If you do this, you may no longer receive other e-mails from us, such as order confirmations.
If you want to delete your account, you can send a request to email@example.com. It is important that you use the e-mail address with which you are registered with Bogess. Only then can we process your request.
Please note that we can only delete your account if:
1. You no longer have any outstanding invoices
2. You should no longer receive any refunds from us
3. There is no more credit in your account
4. You no longer have any orders in the shipping process
If your account does not meet the above conditions, we cannot delete your account immediately. If you still have open orders, we would like to ask you to complete them first. For outstanding refunds and orders that are still in the shipping process, we kindly ask you to be patient.
If you placed an order less than 3 days ago, your account will only be deleted when the 3-day return period has passed.
