Your order will be shipped with the UPS or DHL Express On Demand Delivery Service. Delivery to an access point is possible.
At Bogess we use € 10 shipping costs within the Netherlands. Depending on the country of destination, we charge € 20 shipping costs outside the Netherlands. Delivery to an access point is possible.
To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will get started right away! It is therefore only possible to cancel your order for a short time. Did you place your order less than 24 hours ago? Please do not hesitate to contact us Customer service. Then we would like to see if we can still cancel the order.
How nice that you have placed an order with us! On the morning prior to delivery, we will send you Track & Trace data by e-mail. You can use it to track your package.

Yes this is possible. But once the order has been shipped, this is unfortunately no longer possible. We will then no longer be able to make any changes. It is possible to contact the delivery person (DHL or UPS) and ask if they can change the delivery address to a pick-up point.
