RETURN & EXCHANGE
The products must be in their original condition. By original condition we mean:
- Unworn;
- In the original packaging (damage free);
- Without signs of wear and;
- Without modifications to the product.
The following products are rejected by our team:
- Products that contain traces of use or damage;
- Products that are being made unfair for sale and;
- Products that deviate from the originally ordered product.
To prevent damage to the original packaging, products must be sent in a separate shipping package. We reserve the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.

Je kunt gratis annuleren binnen 24 uur nadat een overeenkomst gesloten is. Daarna vindt restitutie plaats in de vorm van een krediet behalve als je met Klarna hebt betaald. Dit houdt in dat u een code toegestuurd krijgt met de waarde van uw aankoop. Als het product al geleverd is gelden er ook restockingskosten van 10%. Exchanging an order is possible, except if you paid with Klarna. If you bought the wrong size, you can request a return for a credit. You can then use that credit to purchase the correct size or model, subject to availability. Please note that the return process can take up to 14 business days.
