It is CANNOT possible to return an order only. Did you order the wrong size? Then exchange is possible, except if you paid with Klarna. For more information, see our exchange policy.
Exchanging an order is possible, except if you paid with Klarna. If you bought the wrong size, you can submit a return request via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the return process can take up to 14 business days.
The products must be in their original condition. By original condition we mean:
- In the original packaging (damage free);
- Without signs of wear and;
- Without modifications to the product.
The following products are rejected by our team:
- Products that contain traces of use or damage;
- Products that are being made unfair for sale and;
- Products that deviate from the originally ordered product.
To prevent damage to the original packaging, products must be sent in a separate shipping package. We reserve the right to refuse the return request if the original packaging is damaged.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after an agreement has been concluded. After that, a refund will be made in the form of a credit. This means that you will receive a code with the value of your purchase. If the product has already been delivered, we also charge a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase amount.
